Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SFL Kit, including its key generator, licensing SDK, example shops and documentation (together, the "Software"), developed and sold by Salvador Leu, operating as Ajja Sonic, based in Switzerland ("we", "us", "our"), and of this website. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Your contract is with Salvador Leu, operating as Ajja Sonic.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software to protect, license and sell your own software products, subject to the following conditions:
You may activate the Software on up to three (3) machines that you own or control. The license is granted to you as an individual or to the company you name at purchase, and may not be shared with, transferred to, or resold to any other person or entity. You may deactivate a machine at any time to free up an activation slot for a different machine.
Your products: you may include the licensing SDK, in compiled form, in your own software products, and distribute those products to your customers without further fees. You may run the example shops and licence server code on your own websites to sell your own products, and change them for that purpose. Keys you generate with the Software belong to you.
Licensee stamp: the SDK delivered to you is made for your license and carries your licensee details. It must stay with you and the products you build with it.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Redistribute, sublicense, sell, resell, lease, rent, publish or share the Software, the SDK, the example shops or the licence server code as such, or as part of a licensing, protection or shop product or service for others. Give the SDK to third parties other than as compiled code inside your own products. Remove, alter, or obscure the licensee stamp or any proprietary notices, labels, or marks. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except where the law allows it. Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or to infringe others' rights. Share license keys or activation credentials with others.
4. Demo Version
The Software can be downloaded and explored for free before purchase. Until it is activated with a license, it runs as a demo: the keys, SDK and shop files it produces are placeholders and cannot be used in products.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and exclude taxes. Where sales tax or VAT applies, Paddle calculates it based on your location and adds it at checkout, so you see the full amount before you pay. Paddle may also show the amount in your local currency. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. The Software is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a fourteen (14) day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Software, you may request a full refund within this period. Upon refund, your license and the SDK made for it are deactivated, and you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software, the SDK and the files it produced, and remove the SDK from your products. Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be accepted. See our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Software, including all code, graphics, user interface design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Salvador Leu. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Software — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. Your own products, and the keys and licences you create for them, remain yours.
8. Updates and Support
Your license includes all updates within version 1 (1.x) of the Software at no additional cost. A later major version may be offered as a paid upgrade. We aim to provide reasonable support by email for setting up and using the Software, but do not guarantee response times or the resolution of all issues. Support does not cover your own hosting, payment or email accounts, or your own code.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware, software or hosting configurations. Copy protection makes unauthorised use of your products harder; no copy protection can prevent it completely, and we do not guarantee that your products cannot be copied or cracked.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Salvador Leu be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or sales, including losses from unauthorised use of your products, arising out of or related to your use of the Software. Our total liability for any claim related to the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you materially breach these Terms, for example by redistributing the SDK, or in case of payment fraud or a serious security risk. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies. Products you have already sold to your customers are not affected. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
